Cookies will not enable even after changing settings for "Security" and "Privacy" tabs in "Internet Options", any suggestions?

There is a way to work around this problem but depend on your system. If you
are running Norton FIREWALL then go to Privacy Control click on Webcontent,
click on Add sites and add the Financial Aid site to this content. On the
right side tab "information abstract visit site" uncheck the second box
count from top down then set to Permited. After done all these settings,
your connection should be fine. I have done this before and it works for me.
