Copying User Profiles/Settings to Another User Profile/Settings

Hi, I"d like to know if it's possible to duplicate a users
settings/profiles such as their interface, some registry tweaks i've done,
programs installed etc instead of having to go through and apply all those
settings one by one which can be very time consuming. I WANT to duplicate
the current setting I have to another user profile with NON ADMIN Status so
It will be safer to use the system for some younger kids.

Try right clicking on My Computer/Properties/User Profiles Settings/Hilight
the entry/Click Copy To
