Corrupted files on Media Player 10

Posted: 03-29-2005, 03:53 AM
I just upgraded to XP 3 days ago. I also downloaded Windows Media Player 10
to use as a new mp3 player/cd burner. Now, Media player will play a song
then the volume will cut out about half way through or as soon as access the
internet. If I reboot, it starts over again, playing music then cutting out
half way through. This last time it gave me an error saying the library was
corrupted but this would not effect the ability to play music, it just needed
to reload the data. How can I fix this?
