Default Corrupted Movie Maker

Movie Maker on my computer is corrupted (not exactly sure why). When I try to
run it I get simpy a Red X and the word Error.

Interestingly, the following is what shows up in the All Programs menu:

@C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\1033\mww2res.dll,-61446

I have tried downloading SP2 again but the problem did not go away.

Anyone able to help?

Thanks,
