Could it be more transparent ?

Hi!

I like a lot to have transparent title bar.

But, is it possible to have something else transparent?

For, example, is is possible to have the control panel background
transparent?
Or Windows Mail background transparent?
Or Windows Explorer background transparent?
Or something else transparent?

Well, there is a program called glass2k that will allow you to make the
backgrounds transparent. I'm just not sure if it is compatible with vista.
