It's a Lexmark. Do a complete uninstall as per Bruce Sanderson'sinstructions at
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm
After completing the uninstall (pay particular attention to his special
section on Lexmarks), if you are connecting the printer via a LPT (parallel)
port, ensure the LPT port is set to EPP in the BIOS.
Download a new set of Lexmark drivers from the Lexmark website
(www.lexmark.com) and install the software before connecting the printer.
