CPU Restarts on its own accord

My computer will shut down on its own. After several
failed reboots I get this error message.
D:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini071804-02.dmp and
D:\Docume~l\P\Locals~l\temp\WER7.TMP.DIR00\sysdata .xml
It reboots on me when I am using the Internet such as
downloading a new XP patch that doesn't fix it or when I
am surfing a couple pages at once. It also feels like my
computer moves slower than before. I had both Sassar and
the blasterworm, which were both caught and contained by
Norton. Since then I have reformatted at least 6 or 7
times and each time I downloaded all of the security
updates from Microsoft. Any help would be great this is
driving me crazy. Thank you

Check and see if all your internal fans are working. You
may be experiencing a heat related problem. Some CPUs
will shut themselves down when they get too hot.
