My system started crashing after my system was
unknowingly downloaded with programs by "Wild Tangent".
I removed them using Ad-aware, etc and since that time
I've experienced periodic crashes while using Outlook
Express. It is not a constant or predictable occurance,
yet it happens anywhere from 3 times a day to once every
2-3 days. I continue to receive messages that it is a
device/driver problem either hardware or software and I
can't figure out what is causing it other than the "Wild
Tangent" programs changed some drivers somewhere. Is it
possible for Outlook Express to have drivers? That could
need to be updated?
Could someone possibly tell me how to determine if
possibly a registry entry was changed and maybe this is
causing the problem, or how to figure out what software
driver could be causing the problem. No new hardware has
been installed to be causing the problems. Thanks for
