Creating passwords for administrative accounts

Is there a way to access my administrative account? The
thing is that I forgot my password and even my Hint
sentence doesn't help.

Tapping F8 at starting computer,select,safe-mode,
brings up ADM.account,in ADM.-safe-mode,i think you can
change the account password,my only other suggestion is
to delete the account,you will be prompted to save all
info on the account,select yes,move the files to a new
account you would create.
