critical error

I am getting following error.
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Tech info

***wanarp.sys-Adress F884ae2a based at f8846000, date
stamped 3b7d84bb(3b7d84bb)

When I send error report to mircosoft I get responce that
it is caused by a device driver and to remove or check al
new software hardware. This error started after I did the
lastest windows update and have not load any new software
or hardware I did disable my spyguard and sygate firwall
and it seems to have stop the error but now have no
protection any help would be appreciated.
