Crystal Reports and XP

We develop software that is used in the LTC business to
quote proposals. This software is used throughout the US
and for the most part we don't have many problems at all,
but there are a few pc's that everything used to work on
but now cannot print or preview the Proposals created in
Crystal Reports. After running Depends.exe on one of the
pc's in question there are two dlls, EFSADU.DLL and
GDIPLUS.DLL that the Dependency Walker says:
Error opening file. The system cannot find the file
specified (2). Through the Google newsgroup I found
several places where people are having problems with these
two files being missing or the wrong version. Any help you
can provide would be appreciated. The pc is running XP
Home.
