Default CTRL ALT DEL [JSF]

When I do a CTRL ALT DEL I get an error box and the message that the "task
manager has been disabled by your administrator"

I am the only user of my computer, and I didn't make that change, and I cant
find where to enable the task manager.

Any help in resolving this issue is appreciated.

Thanks
JSJF

In future please try to confine your question to one newsgroup.
