Customizing Explorer

How do I set the defaults for when Explorer opens, e.g.
Details Mode, Sort Latest first, column widths, etc.?

Make your settings for one folder, then go to Tools > Folder Options >
View and press the "Apply to all Folders" button. Press CTRL while you
close the window.
