Is there a default admin account?
If so, what is the password?
Can I login as "Admin"? How?

Yes, certainly.

Unless you, or someone else with access to your computer, set it, it's
still blank. There is no default.

After you set a password on the built-in Administrator account, it'll
become available on the Welcome Screen.

Right-Click My Computer> Manage > Local Users and Groups > Users.
Right-click on the Administrator in the right-hand pane, Set Password.
Then Right-click it again, select Properties, and remove the check mark
from "Account is Disabled."
