| Hi, I was having problems changing my default printer. Everytime I can manually change it, but then whenever I restart my pc, the default printer is changed back to the old one. What is the easiest way to change my default printer without it automatically changing it back? Would I have to edit a script? Thanks! Brent | Guest

| I have the same problem. I have one printer connected via LPT1 and selected it as default. But while working with the PC, the default changes without me doing anything to a printer on the network. I keep changing back to the local printer, but my xp keeps changing to the network printer. I even deleted all other printers and made sure, that in explorer options the "automatically find network printers" was deactiveated. But still my xp adds one of the network printers and sets it to default. Anyone have an idea? Thanx Malte Steckmeister | Guest
