default.rdp for all users Reg setting?

Is there a reg setting or a way i cant point all people that log on to one
machine to one specific default.rpd?

that way all users when they log on they get the same settings for the rdp

Why not do this by Group Policy (domain-wide)?

Open up Group Policy for your domain (or gpedit.msc for Local Machine
Policy) => Computer Configuration => Administrative Templates =>
Windows Components => Terminal Services. You can set most of the
options there...
