Formerly a user on my network (running Win98) was able to
take their notebook computer out of our office (and off
our network) and send print jobs that would "stack" in a
cue on his computer until he returned to the office and
plugged back into our network at which time the print
jobs would automatically spool to the printer. Recently
this user was upgraded to a new notebook running WinXP
and now no longer can "stack" print jobs to hold until he
reconnects to our network. Does anyone know how to make
XP hold the jobs and then begin spooling them when
reconnected? Is there another solution you may suggest?
The user does not want to have to go back thru numerous
emails and documents when he returns to the office to
print them. He insists on being able to handle it the
way he used to with Win98.
Any help is appreciated!
