Delete files from web folders

I use web folders to maintain some files on web sites but now the only thing
that shows on the Right Click menu is properties (when a particular file is
clicked).
The Delete, Copy, Paste etc. are missing. If this is an ownership issue, I
am the one that created them so I would think Vista would have me as an
owner. If I right click on a blank area I get a menu with Paste command so I
just can't delete, I have to switch over to my XP machine to delete the
file.
