Greetings Michèle,

Are you using the Dutch version of Windows XP? Unfortunately, there is a current bug in the
Dutch version of Windows XP which prevents you from removing passport information from your
account. As such, this won't work, and there is no other way of doing it. As far as I know,
this hasn't been fixed, but you may want to run WindowsUpdate
(http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com on that computer to see if there's an update that will
fix this).

Indeed I use the Dutch version. I haven't found the fix in Windows Update
yet.
But I'm planning to install the English version anyway, for I seek on
Internet a lot of information, troubleshooting, tweaks etc, and all that is
in English too. So that makes it more easy to work with.
I understand that it is also possible to remove the user accounts.

Thanks once again!

Greetings,
Michèle

Hi Michèle,

You're welcome =). And yes, the English version lets you do this without a problem.
