Your message is hard to read because of the use of all upper case
characters, poor spacing and punctuation. Reread your message and
see whether you can make it clearer what you want from us. From
what I can figure, your antivirus found four files which were
infected with a virus. Usually the virus or worm places its own
infected files on a computer. It would be suicide for a virus to
replace an essential operating system file which might cause the
computer not to work. Viruses and worms depend upon working
computers for propagation. The files removed most likely were
created by the virus or worm and were removed by the antivirus
program. They are not essential operating system files. There may
be startup entries in your Registry pointing to those removed files.
You will have to go to your antivirus program's website to find the
instructions for completely removing the specific virus or worm.
Since you did not tell us the name of the infection, I cannot point
you to specific locations.

Hi

You may be able to recover the folder/files with a 3rd party 'Undelete' program:

Did the folder contain user created or system generated files. If the former
then you need to pursue the suggestions by Will Denny. If the latter tell us
the name of the folder?

Hope this helps.
