Dell has started shipping the Express Upgrades

I received an e-mail notification this morning from DHL stating that my
Windows Vista Home Premium Express Upgrade Kit from Dell has been shipped,
and will arrive Feb. 28.

This is good news. I had been expecting it sometime in March. I'm
certainly glad to see that the Fulfillment company has gotten on the ball
finally.

NOTE that these notifications started going out on February 27, and the
kit fulfillments are being sent on a "first-come, first-served".

So your's may come this week, or next week, or later.

Hopefully, they will all be received by the middle of March.
