Desperate for HELP!

Default Desperate for HELP!

Wondering if ANYONE can help me solve my problem (ongoing
for months and months now!!). I am trying to install a
cd rom game for my daughter and am unable - keep
getting

error 1606. could not access network
location ":ocuments and settings\all users\desktop"

I have tried everything (including cleaning out the
registry and trying a new install, only to get the same
error message. System support has been less than
helpful...cany anyone offer a suggestion?! I would

Hi Christine,

Make your daughters account an Administrator's account
and then install the game and test it using her account.

If that works, return her account type to that of a Limited
User and test the game once more to be certain it's working.
