Desperately seeking Making Waves Audio help !!

I have been trying forums and helpdesks all over the net
and I am still asking: does anyone have any experience of
using Making Waves Audio (music creation software), and
if so, how I can solve problems with MIDI record and
playback ??

I have created mixes using the samples from the various
included sample kits, and also some midi sequences which
I composed myself using the different midi sounds which
are also part of the software. When I play the completed
mixes in Making Waves, they all play perfectly.

However, when I 'copy to sound file' and play the mix in
Windows media player, the mix plays perfectly - except
for all the sequences where I used midi channels. They
are all missing !!!!! I have scoured the manual, tried
the online help, spent hours trying to figure it out and
I still can't work out where I have gone wrong. All I
want to do is get a complete mix that I can then convert
to MP3 and burn onto a CD and/or send by email.

Any assistance gratefully received !!!
