Device Driver and Media Encoder

Hello!

In several computers I've encountered the same problem
when I want to narrate ppt - slideshows:

After a little while trying to contact the encoder
I get the following error message:
Powerpoint could not connect to the Windows Media Encoder.

The detailed explanations say:

No specified device driver is present....
They tag it as a Windows Media Encoder Error. But I can't
find further information about this error anywhere.

This has happened to me on many different computers, most
of them with Windows XP and Office XP. Both
updated with all the newes service packs.

I don't find any device - probelms on the computer, it
claims that all devices are working properly.

There *must* someone else then me having the same
troubles.
