"device driver" shutdowns/freezes cannot find the driver

Posted: 10-08-2003, 06:16 AM
ive sent numerious error reports on a "driver" that i
cannot fix. i know drivers are a BIG problem in xp but i
have no idea which one it is since i have had this
problem for awhile and have uninstalled and even updated
drivers to my sound and video card. it usually occurs
when im using IE or windows media player but i need some
way to find exactly what driver it is, although im not
sure how im going to fix it. i just want SOME clue as to
whats causing it.
please just email me your reply
thanks
