What software are you downloading? The info
at the following Concord FAQ site states that the
camera should be XP compatible:

In addition...according to the specs for the
Concord Duo 2000 at the following site, the
camera is compatible with SD/MMC Memory
Cards:

One solution to consider would be to purchase
a memory card and a USB memory card reader.
