motherboard. If it sometimes works and other times does
not, usually means the card is OK but the PCI slot is
either dirty or on the "blink" Open your case and pull
it out and move it over to the next one. Your soundcard
is the one where your speakers are plugged into. If your
sound system is part of the motherboard then you cannot
do this.
