Hi,

Why you think DX9.0a cause the problem? Have you
considered for some virus infection?
Can you use the restore feature to restore to the previous
configuaration?

DirectX 9.0a and keyboard mapping.

Because DirectX does change the input drivers. I've run a
virus scan (updated the day I ran it), clean. And there is
no way to restore it (I've even gone so far as deleting the
drivers and reinstalling it, same deal.)

There were no fixes to DirectInput for DX9.0a. You have all the same
binaries for Dinput components after installing any version of DX after 8.1.
The only exception to this is installing SP1, we had some changes there. Can
you provide me with more info on your system? Such as keyboard make/model,
whether you are using other language keyboard layouts than the standard
English, etc.

Thanks.
