Disable Completely Copy and Paste function

Default Disable Completely Copy and Paste function

Is it possible on a windows based systems to turn off or disable completely
the copy and paste function, no matter what program is being displayed on the
screen.

You have a rather long thread with quite a few replies going on this
subject in the other newsgroup to which you posted. Please don't
multipost; it makes more work for everyone and will get you *less* help,
