Default Disable Sleep

I'm evaluating Vista RTM as part of my job, and the only stumbling block I've
come against, is the inability to disable sleep completely, i.e. remove the
item from the start menu as well as changing the power options so its not
automatic, have I missed a setting somewhere, i've found how to disable
hibernation, another bugbear for our company. We run nightly batch scripts
through the domain, and need to make sure no user can put the machine to
sleep.

Any ideas? Please? Surely they haven't not included an option to disable
this "feature"

Default Re: Disable Sleep

maybe you can prevent sleep mode in the BIOS - it should be in the
power/ACPI section
