Disabling Ctrl & P

Is there anyway I can disable the Print Dialog box after
pressing CTrl & P? We are setting up new computers and
they are going to be used as public access workstations.
We have figured out most of the security but this one is
eluding us. We don't want people having access to the
printer settings. Any ideas?
