Disabling internet connection sharing on Vista

I used the help and support to answer this question. It said to right click
on the LAN connection and choose 'properties'. Then it said to click the
'sharing' tab. There is no sharing tab! Only the single tab that says
'network', and no others. What to do?

Posting the result of ipconfig /all may help.
