When I try to install a program in my computer I get a
message saying "please go to the control panel and
install and configure system components." I am using
windows xp home edition. I have been told by the people
at dell that I will have to down load all my files and
folders so I can reinstall windows again. Is there an
easier way to reinstall what drivers are needed.
