Disk Defragmenter has disappeared...

I accidentally deleted the shortcut to disk defragmenter
in the system tools folder on the start menu. Now I cannot
find it, and search comes up with nothing. (Apparently the
program doesn't exist anymor) But when i load up a help
topic about the disk defragmenter there is a hypelink that
opens the defragmenter and it works... so it's still on my
harddrive obviously, but it's hidden somewhere or
something and i can't find where it is to make a shortcut
to it.

Go to C:\Windows\System32 Scroll down to dfrg.msc Rt click on file
and select Send to Desktop(create shortcut)
