display adaptor wont start

im having a problem with my display card. everytime i
reboot , im having to reinstall the drivers for it. its a
geforce 4 card. when i go to check on the status in
properties it flags me " code 10 '" ive downloaded and
reinstalled the updated drivers from windows and nivida
web site and still the same problem.

i am running windows xp home edition.
