1st Microsoft Message: System Standby Failed:
Device Driver is preventing machine from entering
standby. May need to update this driver.

2nd Microsoft Message: The driver for the display device
was unable to complete a drawing operation. Please check
with the device manufacturer for the device update.

I have spent two days trying to find an update or a
solution to this problem. I have XP Home Edition Version
5.1 Please help if you can. Thank you. Sally

Try downloading and installing updated drivers for your nVidia graphics card
from www.nvidia.com
