Most of the time but not all the time when I start or restart the computer
the display reverts to like it is in safe mode with huge Icons and if I try
and bring up the proberties settings, it is set to the lowest setting. I can
muve the slider but the window is so huge it won't let me get to the botom to
apply and od it. I am able to ok it by clicking the enter button on the
keyboard but when I shut down and restart my computer it sometimes goes back
to the same problem. Has anyone have a solution to the problem

Try defraging your computer that fixed it for me. I hope it fixes it for you.
I would recomend defraging like once a week and keep up on it. Your memory
might be low or something so you can also try cleaning up old unused or
temporary files. This will help with performance and speed.

I tryed that earlier and that did not help . I have 2GB of memory so I don't
think it has plenty of memory.
