doc. won't print till log off

A friend of mine, when they print something
it won't print right away.
They say after they log off, it will print then.
Does not matter if it is word, or another program.

Though I am not sure if they mean log off, or they shut down their computer.
Either way it seems to hold in que,
till they get off the computer?

Sounds like the printer is not installed correctly. The friend should
uninstall and reinstall... correctly.
