Does not boot into new install on Dell 1505 Laptop with Duo Core

I bought a new Dell 1505 Laptop with Duo Core with Intel 945G Graphics
chipset display. Installed Vista..does not boot up to Vista boot menu
item...display "starting windows 2006" ..then temporarily flashes a blue
screen..and goes back to rebooting a computer...the blue screen flash is very
quick...can not be seen..does not boot into safe mode too.. 1GB Ram..19.5 GB
Harddisk space...
