| Hello, I created a user who is part of a network domain and gave him Admin privilages on the local computer but I still don't have full admin access. Most of the programs cannot execute and I always get ACCESS DENIED errors. Is there something I am missing? | Guest

| Hello, In Windows Vista, even though a user is an administrator, programs do not automatically run with administrator privileges. Only programs that ask for administrator privileges ("Windows needs your permission to continue") will be allowed to have administrator privileges. If you are running a program that needs admin privileges but does not ask, you can right-click it and click Run As Administrator. -- - JB Microsoft MVP - Windows Shell/User Windows Vista Support Faq http://www.jimmah.com/vista/ | Guest

| Hi, I have same problem, i have a program installed under domain admin account but not all the functions running untill i change its service credential to local admin, i think its because domain admin still doesnt have full access to all the computers recourses, so any idea how to solve this to run under domain admin account also?
