Double sided printing

When I went to 'Device Settings' the only option I have
listed is 'Form To Tray Assignment'.

Sounds like you are using the WInXP drivers and not the drivers supplied by
the manufacturer. Visit the HP website and download the Windows XP drivers
for your printer. Uninstall the current printer through the Printer console
and then install the drivers you downloaded from the HP site.

HP decided not to write updated software for this long discontinued printer.
Microsoft included drivers so that you can still print, but may not have all
the additional features you were used to. You can regain them by using the
software from www.fineprint.com

You not be able to do this with XP. The printer is old and HP may not have
an enhanced printer driver. You are using the default printer driver
included XP, which is limited in the available features.
