The download link for build 5384 was removed a month ago. Downloads willnot be available until RC1 releases. No date for RC1 has been announced.

The only way to Re-download right now is to sign up for either an MSDN OSLevel Subscription or a Microsoft Tech Net Plus Subscription, Just FYI. You
will then have access to both Beta 2 (Build 5384) and Build 5472, Just FYI.

The Just FYI needs to stop...please! We are all getting annoyed by it. Thankyou for trying to be helpful...but it's just not working that well.
