download came out perfect no install

It could be weeks before the disc arrives my beta2 one was very late and to
date no RC1 although I downloaded as it would be out of beta completely
before the discs arrive.

Have you placed your DVD disc with Vista ISO on it in the CD/DVD drive &
booted hit any key when you see boot from CD DVD as this shoudl then start
the install process.
