Default Download Mirror

Hello,

I'm on a university network, and our download limits are restricted for
external sites. So I wonder if the license agreement allows to set up an
internal mirror for the Vista Beta 2 iso's...

I would have say no, well, its not in the EULA, so I can't see how it would
be allowed. Although, I think the image is the same, but the product keys
are specific to each passport.

Don't see why not, its a public beta just make sure your users are
directed to MS first to read the beta info and register.

Only the iso's would be mirrored. If someone on the network want's to try the
Beta, they would still have to register on the MS site to get their keys...

Andre if it does not specifically say its not allowed in the EULA then
it is open to interpretation.

If the EULA says something is specifically not allowed then it is
still open to interpretation until the EULA has been tested in court.

The law is not pulled out of thin air by corporate lawyers despite
what they would like everybody to think. They can put anything they
like in a EULA but only the judiciary can enforce it.
