Downloading problem

I also have a problem regarding downloading music files. When I try to play
my download in the Windows Media Player, a message pops up, saying I have to
back up former licenses.
How do I do that? I didn't even know I had a former license....

Grateful for help I can get!

It is probably due to DRM (Digital Rights Management). Burn the songs/music
to a CD then using the "RIP" feature in WMP10 to the file format you want.
Look
to the top toolbar in WMP10 and you'll see the RIP tab.
