Downloading Question

After installing the newest Service Pack, I always have to click "Open" on
the little download window everytime I click on a file. Before this, there
was the option of being able to make it just open all the time. But now that
option isn't there, and I can't find a way to make it do that again. Is there
a way to make it just open on it's own again?
