DPMI under DOS box and memory mapping!NEED HELP!!!

Posted: 08-08-2003, 01:55 AM
I'm writing an program for MS-DOS with suport for VESA
video mode, and I want to know if it is possible to use the
linear memory of the video card under XP!I know that in
earlier versions of Windows this is made by using the
ax=800h and int 31h, but in XP this function is always
returning with error!

I'm doing something wrong?
