Drive letter confusion, Please help

Posted: 11-05-2003, 04:53 PM
When I connect my digital camera to a USB port an item is added to the list
in Windows Explorer. However the system insists that it is a local disk and
will not communicate with the camera. The camera and interface were all
working fine before I installed a new hard drive and copied partitions to
the new drive using Partition Magic. I have not found where the drive letter
parameters are stored or how to clear them. I cannot acces the camera.
Please help. Hugh
