Driver device errors

I too have been having device driver error. At least
believe so , cannot open My Computer, My Documents etc.
Whne trying to do so all icons diappear for 10 secs from
screen, all return but subject of icon not opened.
disabling items in system.ini does not solve problem.
Any advice?
