Driver Problem - system32/driver/nfts.sys

I have no idea what happened but I was sitting in class
one day and all of sudden the computer reset. I've called
Toshiba and they say that i have to reset the whole
computer which doesn't make too much sense b/c there is
only a problem with one driver! lately, i haven't been
able to start my computer so I don't know what to do. My
Windows XP Pro came preinstalled so I don't have any
disks. Please someone help. Thanks in advance!
